Loved the beautiful beach access and enjoyed the water sport facilities on site. Check-in was slow, and the dining options felt overpriced.

The room offered a stunning resort view from the 14th floor, with a clean and appropriate size for two. A private balcony added tranquility, making for a perfect spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. Accommodating staff seamlessly switched us to a room with two beds, providing a lovely lagoon view despite the initial oversight. The property boasts a prime beachfront location and numerous dining options, though some amenities fell short. Pool hours should extend beyond 6 PM; a late-night swim is essential for relaxation. Disappointing service at the front desk also affected the experience. The minimal extras and miscommunication detracted from what should’ve been a flawless getaway.

The property had a fantastic lagoon for watersports and an enjoyable Friday fireworks show. Too many crowds everywhere, and the elevators are a hassle during peak times.

The location is a dream with easy access to the beach. The variety of shops and restaurants offers something for everyone, plus the staff keeps the property looking pretty.
The room felt more like a cozy closet than a getaway.

The location is stunning, with easy beach access and vibrant energy everywhere. The room in the Ali'i tower was spacious and clean, with nice touches like robes and a beach bag. the check-in experience was frustrating; my reservation wasn’t found, leading to a long wait. The food quality didn’t meet expectations, especially at the beach restaurant, which felt like carnival fare. While the pools are great and the Friday fireworks are a highlight, the complex felt overcrowded and dated, leaving me wishing for a more polished experience overall.

The beachfront access of this hotel made it incredibly easy for me to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf just steps away, while the variety of nearby restaurants and shops offered everything I needed for a delightful weekend stroll around the area, with the International Market Place just a short walk away and local eateries such as Round Table Pizza and Lappert's Ice Cream practically at my doorstep. The amenities were a nice bonus too, enhancing my overall experience. the rooms could use some updates as mine felt a bit tired, but the unbeatable location more than makes up for it.

Amazing hotel, amazing experience with an early check-in that allowed us to enjoy the breathtaking ocean view from our upgraded room on the 18th floor and the pristine beach right in front of the property.
Everything was exemplary.

Enjoyed the Hawaiian, Reggae tunes by KONA CHANG BAND, felt like a beach vibe radio show. Visited Tapa Ballroom, felt artsy. The sparkling lagoon was indeed a mermaid's dream.
I loved playing hide and seek with the mysterious room camera.

I had a rough time with the beds—seriously saggy and just plain uncomfortable. After a long day, I expected some decent rest, but instead, it felt like I was sinking right through! Definitely a bummer for a vacation.

Had an amazing time! So many fun activities available, didn't have time for all of them. Planning a return trip with friends and family due to abundance of things to do. Perfect central location near the beach and diving spots. Staff was incredibly accommodating, even upgrading our room to a beautiful lagoon view.
Crowded check-in process with long waits. Additional fees for early check-in are pricey.

The room had a beautiful view from the 9th floor but was disappointing overall. The twin pull-out couch was too small for our needs. Limited amenities stood out immediately. The carpet and furniture felt outdated. Lighting in certain areas was quite dim, making it challenging to read or work. Upon arrival, one bed had food crumbs, and a drawer was dysfunctional. Room service was lacking, with no water provided. The broken dryer was a hassle, although guest services did respond. Elevators had long wait times, impacting our experience. Next time, we might choose a different hotel.

Located in a great area, we enjoyed the easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and offered helpful tips, making our stay smoother.
It wasn't cheap, but for the quality and service, it’s still acceptable.

We had a fantastic time at the Luau, immersing in Hawaii's vibrant culture with music, drums, and colorful dances. KUMUHAU's diverse music selection kept us entertained from the classics to current hits. Being near Ala Moana mall was convenient for shopping and fun activities.
My wife says that stroller-friendly access around the resort is needed.

Hilton in the Rainbow tower exceeded my expectations with its great location and stunning views. the Deluxe Oceanfront rooms offered beautiful Diamond Head side views, and we enjoyed watching the world go by from our balcony. the staff were friendly and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. the hotel premises provided plenty of activities, making it a perfect choice for a vacation.
Nothing not too like 😊

The location of the Alii Tower was fantastic , just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Check, in at the tower was smooth, and I appreciated avoiding the long lines at the main check, in area. The partial ocean view from the 14th floor was lovely, and the Tapa Bar with its live band and great service was a highlight. I also found the staff throughout the property to be very helpful and friendly. there were some areas that could be improved. The room itself felt outdated and more like a highway motel than a Hilton hotel. The air conditioning only had two loud settings, which made it difficult to find a comfortable temperature, especially at night. The lack of modern entertainment options, like streaming services on the TV, was disappointing. the room doors slammed shut loudly, causing disruptions in the mornings. there were extra charges for umbrellas and chairs on the beach, which I felt should have been included in the resort fees. The artificial lagoon beach area also felt hard and not like a traditional sandy beach.

The resort offers a beautiful village-like atmosphere, with an amazing beach and lovely water features. The large shallow pools are perfect for kids, and the property looks stunning illuminated at night. The concierge desk is very helpful, the staff is great, and the Ali'i tower provides a nice-sized room with amenities like bottled water and a beach bag. The location is central and full of life, with a public park nearby and fireworks on Fridays. The resort also hosts a luau on the lawn during sunset, making it a great choice for families.
Felt special, no complaint.

We hit up the Waikiki Starlight Luau and KUMUHAU concerts - total blast! Plus, Ala Moana mall was just a 5-min drive for some dope shopping. The hotel was our launchpad for the sickest adventures by land, air, and sea, no cap.
Wish they had a chill rooftop bar for us teens to vibe at night.

While waiting for my room, I enjoyed a relaxing time at the Tropics bar, sipping on some refreshing drinks. The concierge was very helpful in accommodating my room change request, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout. The fireworks on Friday night were truly spectacular, adding a magical touch to my stay. I'll recommend this hotel for its beautiful views and convenient amenities.

Enjoyed the beach, lagoon, and pools! Also, loved the convenience of the on, site shops, especially the one. The live music, Aloha sign, rock, and water features added a nice touch to the atmosphere. The location was amazing, with easy access to parasailing just a short walk away.
The food was overpriced and not very tasty, making dining a disappointment. The pool hours were limited, closing early even with a significant number of guests present.

The Hilton in Waikiki is always my go-to choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view of the ocean. The hotel's amenities, including beach access, pool areas, and a wide range of restaurant options, made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, close to the beautiful ocean and within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. The overall experience was fantastic.
The attempt to charge an extra fee for early check-in, which was resolved without additional charge after waiting for a few hours. Unfortunately, I couldn't clarify the charges over the phone as nobody was available to answer calls.
